By using Leisure Trips services and booking through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing and using the Leisure Trips website (https://leisuretrips.co.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services.
- If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full payment or required deposit and receiving written confirmation from Leisure Trips.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices include taxes and service charges as specified during booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payments through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Any bank charges or transaction fees for payment processing are the responsibility of the customer.
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and credited to our account.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package, hotel, airline, and other service providers.
- Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-45 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Service charges, convenience fees, and GST are non-refundable in all circumstances.
- In certain circumstances, refunds may not be issued; instead, a credit note will be provided for future bookings in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- If your flight or train is delayed or cancelled, you are eligible for a full (100%) cancellation of your tour package.
- No refund for the services used.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents including passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documentation.
- Leisure Trips is not responsible for any denial of entry, deportation, or delays due to improper documentation.
- Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel for international tours.
- Any additional costs incurred due to document-related issues will be borne by the customer.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
- Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability.
- Leisure Trips is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to uninsured events.
7. Health and Safety
- Customers should ensure they are medically fit to undertake the planned travel activities.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining any required vaccinations or medications for their destination.
- Leisure Trips is not liable for any health issues arising during or after the tour.
8. Changes to Itinerary
- Leisure Trips reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control including weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, or operational requirements.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of similar standard.
- No refunds will be provided for minor itinerary changes that do not significantly affect the overall tour experience.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must comply with all laws and regulations of the countries visited.
- Customers are responsible for their behavior and conduct during the tour.
- Leisure Trips reserves the right to terminate services without refund for customers whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.
- Customers are responsible for any damages caused to hotels, transportation, or other property during the tour.
- Customers should strictly follow the wildlife rules given as per state. Adherence to local guidelines ensures safety for both visitors and animals, and helps preserve the natural environment.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Leisure Trips acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
- Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
- LT acts as an Consultant for hotels, airlines, Transportations companies and other service providers.
11. Force Majeure
- Leisure Trips shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemic situations.
- In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers but cannot guarantee refunds or alternative arrangements.
12. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Leisure Trips website including text, graphics, logos, and images is our property and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
- The Leisure Trips name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data.
14. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Indian law.
- The courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
- We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
15. Amendments to Terms
- Leisure Trips reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
