Day-wise plan
Day 1 – Bangalore to Mysore: Pick-up in Bangalore and a drive to Mysore. Visit Mysore Palace and wander through Devaraja Market. In the evening, Brindavan Gardens. Overnight in Mysore.
Day 2 – Mysore to Ooty: A morning visit to Chamundi Hill, then drive to Ooty through the forest road. On arrival, check in and visit the Government Botanical Garden or Ooty Lake, depending on the time.
Day 3 – Ooty and Coonoor: Doddabetta Peak for panoramic views, a boat ride on Ooty Lake, a ride on the Nilgiri Mountain Railway, and a visit to Coonoor's tea estates. Overnight in Ooty.
Day 4 – Departure: After breakfast and check-out, drive back towards Bangalore with a drop at your point.

- The Mysore to Ooty road passes through forest stretches with winding ghat sections and may have night travel restrictions, so the drive is planned in daytime. Please confirm current rules with us.
- Ooty is much cooler than Mysore and Bangalore, so carry a jacket, even in summer evenings.
- Day 4 is mostly a long drive back to Bangalore, so plan your onward flight or train accordingly.

Best time to visit Ooty and Mysore
October to March is the most comfortable season for both. April to June is the Ooty summer season, with pleasant weather there but higher crowds and prices, while Mysore is hot. June to September brings the monsoon, with mist and rain in Ooty that can affect views and roads.
