TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION:
4 x 4 Land Cruiser Safari Transport
Your safari vehicle will be a Land cruiser 4x4 with pop-up roof.
Our vehicles come with a HF radio, mineral water refill, phone charging points, wildlife library, first-aid kit, as spade, a steel towing cable,
cooler box, two spare wheels and a pair of binoculars. They are driven by experienced safari driver-guides.

• Check in time at hotel is 14.00 noon and checkout are at 12.00 pm
• Check in time at hotel is 15.00 noon and checkout are at11.00am.
• Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in most hotels are on Carte/fixed menu, buffet would be subject to availability
• Any Political or Nature calamities occurs, services are not guaranteed & booking amount is non refundable
• Due to Ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, government of all other states are implementing rules which may effect this itinerary, booking
amount is non-refundable & tour can be postponed as per norms.
The parties shall agree the terms of cancellation on specifically on each case. Under the Kenyan Law, the hoteliers and caterers
can legally levy the following cancellation charges: -
60 - 36 days prior to arrival: 10% of the price
35 - 14 days prior to arrival: 25% of the price
13 - 07 days prior to arrival: 33% of the price
06 -03 days prior to arrival: 50% of the price

• In most cases only the 03 days - no-show is really applicable. However, during the high season months of July, August, December and
February even the other two can be applied. There is ONLY a limited number of single rooms that hoteliers may be able to provide at
the contracted single room rate.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
• As per RBI guidelines, for international tours, it is mandatory to submit copies of client’s “PAN Card and first page of passport” to
confirm the booking
• In case rooms are not available in the hotels mentioned, we will provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
• At all the hotels check-in time is 15:00 hrs. & check-out time 11:00HRS.
• The rates above mentioned are valid for the mentioned period only and subject to change without any prior notice.
• The above rates are only an offer and not a confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation policies and charges will be applicable as per the contractual terms and conditions provided by our suppliers.
Please ensure you request the same on confirmation of a reservation.
PASSENGER INFORMATION:
✓ Safari vehicles do not have air-conditioning because they have a large pop-up roof.
✓ Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris
✓ All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights/hotel/lodge check in.
✓ Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged
by the airline at check-in.
✓ Passengers arriving into Kenya and Tanzania will be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
✓ Please be advised to avoid all forms of plastic packaging in your luggage as these will NOT be allowed in Kenya. There would be
verification at the port of entry and you may be fined.
✓ As an update - All travelers arriving in Kenya MUST have an e-visa. Visas are no longer available on arrival. For more information,
visit; www.evisa.go.ke. Travelers must also possess a negative PCR Covid-19 certificate carried out not more than 96 hours before
arrival in Kenya and digitally verified through the Trusted Travel (TT) Initiative or Global Haven.
